Born and raised in a small town in the UK, Albie spent the early part of his career building a chain of Gas Stations before selling them in 1999 and going back to school to train as an Accountant.
During this period Albie worked in the City of London as the CFO of a Private Equity house whilst owning a Restaurant and Coffee Shop before moving to Chicago in 2006 as the CFO of Pacific Direct Incorporated. By 2008 he had helped the company exit to a Private Equity Investor for $45m.
Buying, selling or renting home can be an extremely stressful time for many different reasons but using a real estate broker can be a smart decision to help navigate, facilitate and negotiate. Being a “numbers guy”, Albie understands the balance of the right pricing strategy whilst ensuring the realty of the bottom line figure.
